What we collect

Your email address, your seven-position sequence, an optional Bitcoin address, the time of submission, and a coarse record of the request used to prevent abuse. There are no public accounts, so we hold no passwords.

How it is protected

Email addresses and Bitcoin addresses are encrypted before storage using authenticated encryption; the key is held only on the server. Duplicate checks use a keyed hash, so we can spot a repeat entry without reading the address. Encrypted values are decrypted only when an administrator has a specific reason, and every such access is written to an audit log.

Why we keep it

To administer the draw, to contact a winner, to prevent duplicate and fraudulent entries, and to keep an accurate public record of results. Newsletter email is sent only where you separately opted in.

How long we keep it

A specific retention period will be published before entries open. Winner records are retained longer where required for payment records. Newsletter subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe.

What we publish

Only masked entry references, the published values, entry counts and payment status. We never publish email addresses, Bitcoin addresses or full references. Country is shown only where a winner consented.
